sian.....................later go there throw den if i dun make the 22m mark i kill myself........haiz.........arrghhhhhhh......
ok...i will list out how each of my trainin is
First:
we will warm up two rounds around the school, then we will do the super alot of stretching...then we go take equipment(all the discus, shotput and javelins), then we will go to the field.
Second:
we will start throwing our respective ...uhhmmm....items? yeah, for about, 1hr-2and half-hr, den we will keep everything back into PE store and go to gym
Last:
den we will do the circuit(itz a whole circle of diff weights machines)5 sets of 10(dat means do each machine 10 times fo 5 sets)....depending on the captains mood how heavy we do...50-60%is about 20-30kg...den 70-80% is 27-40kg...den 100% is 40kg-50kg...dat is my amount larh, diff ppl do diff amounts, the seniors do about 70-100kg...yarh, den after that we will do 100 elevated sit-ups with weights, or 200 without....den if captain still nothappy we do bench-press...dat day do like siao....start from 5 kg, den 10 den 12.5 den 15, den 17.5...each time do ten...like siao larh! only me and the china guy managed to do the 17.5kg, i feel so good...lol!den can go home liao.....seniors must stay longer to do even more weights..........
