rite, posting after a long long time....today sucked. in fact, from wednesday nite onwards, it sucked back. i went for training on tuesday, after a 2 wk abscence, n i hit close to my PB. den wednesday was like, did light weights. den no idea y go back home den got sick bad. actually i do know why i got sick but im just acting like its a curse. shhh.... and den....its flu and sore throat. the same damn thing everytime. ive gotten sick every single month this year to these two illnesses, must be sth wrong leh...not joking k.... anyway went for allcomers today, shit man.......

at least i'm back in the team for nationals...i tink, as mr sng did say so....just haf to go for training every single wkday during the holidays..... yeah..Kool eh......dunno how dats gonna go down with my mum.......feel like slapping someone now....NOT MYSELF........ so friggin pissed lah.... i mean, seriously, disappointed man.....n today didnt even haf any real competition lah! the hwa chong and ACSI ppl all absent...sian...got some Cath High guys...only one of them was gd... damn i haf to work on my spin, i didnt do any spin today, too scared to try, bldy hell only got 3 throws, later ma lu my spin den wasted...but den again....i did waste all my throws and did ma lu....sian....aaahhhhHHHAAAAHHHHhhhh!!!!!!!!

hellos! i finally decided to post! technically its not the best time to be blogging, seeing as its almost ten, and i've got like, chinese summary, overdue chinese essay, overdue english summary...but oh well....
oh dramafest rocked! i was the indian lady for those who couldn't recognise me(my own parents culdnt recognise me with the make-up, wig and sari. so i dun blame u) but technically my main role was the script writer(thanks to ms koh for her invaluable advice, or shld i say mrs. Oh-Yang) and director(thanks to ms koh and mr lye and ms fanny[shldnt have changed my ending] here too) but i have no idea why the sec 1 play "the set-up" won best script, i mean, not to be arrogant or anyth, but mine was so much betta. i wuldnt have minded if the sec 3 script had won, at least theirs was more profound. the set-up was so cheesy and stereotypical(no offense, the acting wasn't relli bad) and we were cheated of best play! wth! dat i can't take. we had the most laughs, most attention. best interaction and unlike the play that won, every single character had his own story and alot of lines! but we did get best ensemble and jun hua got best actor(he deserved it, even tho he kept hao lian in class, damn funny lah he always act ego until uncle foo come find him)
ok now onto today's training, it was kinda cool, got to throw shot-putt 2day. Duang's big bro came down, no idea how many bro's Duang has. and his bro is like 26 yrs old but smaller dan Duang. his bro is ex hwa chong throwing cap. kool eh. he came and corrected alot of my technique. i realised i have been doing alot of wrong things all the while. and he told us that throwing is all abt the legs, contrary to common belief. and he told me i'm not pulling my left hand back to make my body face forward and up. and its kinda true cus i'm like throwing down abit. n he tot us the glide, a diff style to mr.sng which i believe is so much betta. pei xiang was like throwing 12m. den he throw with the new glide style and he immediately hit 13m! cool lah. and the guy told us not to train too hard, how to train and wad are the criteria's for a gd thrower and all that. and since hwa chong is a powerhouse in throwing, he can't be too wrong can he, n it all makes sense. and ppl! doing heavy weights does NOT develop big defined muscles. doing medium or light weights with alot alot alot of reps builds big muscles. doing heavy weights for like, 10 reps onli gives strength...so sad to say i wun be building big muscles, just power, which is essential. ok time to go do work. dun feel like it now....

Yay I'm finally posting. All this occuring while the eggs in the pot are stinking up the kitchen with the vinegar. What kinda stupid experiment is dat to do at home? waste 2 eggs in vinegar just to watch the shell disappear. A real waste of food, especially now that inflation is well, inflating like mad. And wad the hell is corn SYRUP? i heard of corn flour but syrup? siann..........i kenna fever and flu and cough, den had to miss monday. yesterday and today e-learning so stay at home. but i have to miss all my events for sports day! bldy hell. even if i didn't have the absurdly lengthy mind champs, i culdn't go cus i'm on MC and there's no way my mom wuld let me go for a sports event when i'm on MC. especially when those events are my CCA events which i am supposed to win gold in teh school, oh but no, cus she hates my CCA and want sme to join choir or some shit. (note no offense to any choir ppl). haiz......so friggin depressed, and besides that i got whole new problems to deal with, actually they are really really old problems which just came back around. bad history....haiz...........

Ok, normally people would expect studens to be talking abt their own results now arh, since we are getting them back 2mrrw.... but i won't. got better things to do then worry abt my results after i take my exams, what can u do after dat man? all i'll say is, i failed my chinese...ya kinda expected lah...(: apart from dat i did quite well. yay.................................=.=
anywayz, my sis is getting her A LEVELS RESULTS 2mrrw, so cool...if she does well den she's going out to celebrate with her frens, and if she does badly she's still going out with her frens to drown her misery. well i'm hoping she did well, so everyone will be happy and 4get abt my chinese :) haha, jsut jk lah, relli hope she does well. and cus she's doing relief teaching, she has to teach until like 12+, den go collect her results at 2.30.... she said she prob wun be in the mood to teach so just give them free period(her students so luky)....
moving on...i a finally gonna train 2mrrw! but i'm doing by myself, since i dun tink i'm up to standard for coach wong's training yet (i was out for almost 2 weeks with flu and cough, not just any flu...like a...errr...monster one:) so i told my mum i got chinese drama until 3-4....which i do, except it prob wun take more dan an hour....so i go for drama den go training. (oh btw incase u got the wrong impression, i AM NOT IN CHINESE DRAMA, its compulsory for everyone....do u tink i'm the type who likes chinese drama? i failed my chinese...) yeah, except i prob see my team in the gym cus they start early on friday's.... wuld be quite hard to explain myself to the coach and pei xiang....(my captain).......... haiz...........relli deproved alot this yr, my discus lost out to my junior last wk, partly cus i was sick last wk as well, and i missed out all the important discus practices last yr becus of my leg injury....T_T....still, no excuse....must work hard! aiming for a top 4 in nationals c div....dunno how realistic dat is.......(didnt go last yr cus my leg u see).... yup...haiz.....sad....

We won the C'Boys east zone badminton final! i was there the whole time man.....WWOOOOT!!! shout until now no more voice, sore throat, den 2mrrw can't train again, sian....... waah, the finals was damn exciting sia, we lost the first match, ying xi and his partner won teh double's kevin won our second match, it was seriously one-sided lah, the opponent was so short...haha, den we lost our second double's darren and some sec 1 guy. that one was also quite ma luu.... the sec 1 guy not that gd ahh... den the last match, final single, the deciding one. IT WAS DAMN DAMN CLOSE AHH! SHAWN WAS OUR SINGLE, THE OTHER GUY WAS ALSO QUITE GD MUST ADMIT, WAS QUITE WORRIED. WE WON THE FIRST SET, THEN THE GUY SUDDENLY SUPER PRO AND HE WON THE SECOND SET. THEN SHAWN AND HIM THEY PLAY OUT THE LAST SET UNTIL THE END AH! WE FROM 7-0 DOWN COME BACK THEN WE WERE LEADING BY ONE POINT ALL THE WAY. WAS LIKE, WE SCORE ONE, THEN THE OPPONENT SCORE AGAIN, THEN WE SCORE, THEN HE SCORE. ALL TEH WAY UNTIL THE LAST ONE, SHAWN SMASH AND THE GUY CULDNT REACH. HE WAS SO SAD LAH...FEEL SAD FOR HIM.

after that we all chiong onto the court and cheer like siao lah. during teh whole match we were shouting and cheering non-stop. every time anglican cheer we cheer louder and drown them out. i have never shouted so much in three hours before. then we had the vs anthem, then they did a mass chioning, and then when tehy were going to do VS UNITE, i zao. cus my mum was calling....sian....haha

ok i seriously feel like dying......now got exams and my mum won't let me train... as in, its just the c.a.... and den my dear captain....tells me its my fault she wont let me go.... aahh....just shoot me now. and dominique keeps poking his face into my stuff....yucks..
seriously, i tink i'm gonna flunk my chem...2mrrw got like, 3 tests, none of which are counted in c.a. and i havent studied for them. i've been trying to study my higher chinese, and those of you who know me well know that i suck quite bad at chinese. i've been improving but yeah.... omg im growing old talking abt studies...arrgh
recently just feel so sad and....sian, dunno why leh. after cny just feel so empty. isnt it supposed to be a happy period. saturday just had a talk with my cousins and aunts and uncles. then my mum started blaring to the whole world dat she dun lemme go out, dun lemme play games, say im too involved in cca, nvr study. pls lah, i havent touched a computer game this yr, (im not joking) i dun even like playing computer games anymore, dats what she's made me. i find going to l.a.n. quite a waste of time and money. and sports is my only other alternative for relaxing. and now she's gonna take that away from me too. wth? pls lah, every time i finish training she scold me for coming out 5 min late. i had to beg her to let me train 3 times a wk. ppl train 5 times a wk, one hour longer than me. she wants me to study, why isnt she teaching me anything? i ask her and she falls asleep.
and she totally likes the dog more than me. the other day i came home after training, i said hi to her and she didn t reply. scolded me and asked me to go and bathe. then i came down, dinner time all she talked abt was the dog, he did this, he bite that. wads so nice? and she says i nvr tok to her or try to communicate with her. all she toks abt is the dog. she cant even ask me abt like, how was ur training, how was the match or sth. all she toks abt is the dog, or scolds me abt my work. why cant she understand, sumtimes ppl dun wanna tok abt all these? i seriously am trying my best to study, but if i cant do it at home, just let me go to sch and study with my friends and seniors, at least they know wad im learning, and they noe how to teach me.
and my sports and cca are the only things i can do to relax. can she get it, i hate being at home becus i haf nth to do and nth she says is nice. i relli wanna do well in my cca cuz i relli like it, even though i guess most ppl cant imagine loving throwing and that kinda stuff...jumps and wadeva. she keeps asking me to change my cca, cant u understand! I LIKE IT....aahhhhh...
all my life i've been doing what she's asked me to..the only times i havent is when i did sth i liked.....thats how bad my life is

den now cap' said dun play b4 or after trainin cuz preparin for sports day in march, national juniors in may n nationals in june....or isit july? nvm...goin to slp le....2mrrw got math... oh n mr chew rocs!...weirdo... ...

ok...i will list out how each of my trainin is
First:

we will warm up two rounds around the school, then we will do the super alot of stretching...then we go take equipment(all the discus, shotput and javelins), then we will go to the field.

Second:

we will start throwing our respective ...uhhmmm....items? yeah, for about, 1hr-2and half-hr, den we will keep everything back into PE store and go to gym

Last:

den we will do the circuit(itz a whole circle of diff weights machines)5 sets of 10(dat means do each machine 10 times fo 5 sets)....depending on the captains mood how heavy we do...50-60%is about 20-30kg...den 70-80% is 27-40kg...den 100% is 40kg-50kg...dat is my amount larh, diff ppl do diff amounts, the seniors do about 70-100kg...yarh, den after that we will do 100 elevated sit-ups with weights, or 200 without....den if captain still nothappy we do bench-press...dat day do like siao....start from 5 kg, den 10 den 12.5 den 15, den 17.5...each time do ten...like siao larh! only me and the china guy managed to do the 17.5kg, i feel so good...lol!den can go home liao.....seniors must stay longer to do even more weights..........

ok, first of all i tink this is gonna be a relli long post, at least i hope so......first off i gonna start with the v.s camp, i will try to recap everything as best i can, i noe itz one week late but, better late den nvr rite?after dat i gonna finish off with ccas and other stuff.....

DAY ONE

we assembled in sch at 7.20, had flag rasing and pledge, actually i havent been in assembly on the parade square, THE PARADE SQUARE IS ON THE FITH FLOOR, OPEN AIR, HOW COOL IZ DAT!dis few days been rainin and bad weather so until now still havent been dere for assembly(v.s compound is seven levels, hostel is like ten i tink) den my bloody duffel bag was like damn shit heavy larh, had to lug it up to second floor hall, den bring t down to canteen again, den run back to hall.after everythingwe got on da bus to the campsite(jalan behtarah moe adventure camp), adn we practied a few cheers.at the camp, the bunks are dam cool, ground is to assemble in ur classes in the mornin, second floor is open air, itz got a roof, wooden plank floor, metal railings, dam windy at night, so nice, den we dumped our bags at our sleeping area, me, jun hua, joshua and another guy were smart, we chiong up first den got a corner big space to sleep, other ppl gotta squeeze we dam comfortable go large space, den went don to assemble in the m.p.h(multi-purpose hall, not the bookstore). DIO MEH FROM TEACHER IN CHARGE LORH LOL, do squatting punishment, den after dat everyone quiet den they give briefing, we went for lunch, den my class went for rope course, itz like, u noe khs pri 5 camp all those stuff, but more fun and thrillng, there was this thing, u climb up, den jump onto this super slim wooden plank, cross over to the other side, jump onto a tyre, swing the tyre when ur on it, and get onto the other wooden plank, and then another tyre, and another plank before u finally jump off the last plank and reach the end. i feel dem seh man, before me only one guy completed it, joshua got stuck halfway, another guys safety rope got tangled gotta stop, after dat, we did team activities eg: therez a super high pole and there are two tyres and u have to lift them up and over the poles, u haf to lift ppl up to hold the tyre and bring it over, etc etc...itz actually quite hard,den we went to do flying fox, by that time was like 3-4+ liao, den sum ppl did absailing sum did flying fox, joshua and jun hua were first time doin flying fox so i go with them(i pri 5 did liao). joshua after he stopped they couldnt unhook him so i had to wait damn bloody long( they had to use a plyer). den for me iz like abit borin, cuz do b4 liao. den after dat when we all finished absailing or flyinf fox it started pouring larh, we all just race in the rain back to the bunk, wah den some idiot runnin den push me i stepped into the mud, my shoes were sunken into mud(not as bad as the next day though) den at the bunk some smart ppl went to the showers to bathe when it was rainin, itz a gd idea at first cuz no queue, but come out still soaked with rain water. den we waited for quite a while for rain to subside to drizzle, den we all went fo dinner. after dat we like.....got another briefing den at nine i tink got supper. the mess hall was dam squeeze, no space to sit, but food is not as bad as expected. me and th otehr j's slept went back to bunk den had a conv. of which contnt i may not reveal den we went to sleep... ...zzzzzz

DAY 2

woke up early like 4-5, den go brush teeth, some idiot brush at water cooler drop his toothpaste in to the water cooler, yuck. den we went for breakfast, had a briefing, den my class wen for nature rumble. iz like khs the nature walk, execpt dis time iz worse. firstly we practiced a few basic safety commands, like squeeze(al crowd together at the instructor), den spread(all scatter) and my personal fav, three whistles and bee attack( everyone plop face down immediatley no matter where u are, arms over ur neck and legs crossed. on the way to the trail we practiced until super fast everyone drop down, den we went to the trail on a super muddy trekk, like super easy to slip, den the ,most fun part, THE BLACK POOL, itz actually muddy water, with alot of cow dung, yup, cow dung, dats why itz called the BLACK pool, cuz the water iz all black, and will stain ur shirt black, dey made evryone sit down inside the black pool and back to back cross arm with ur partner sit down inside also. den we were supposed to go into the riverwalk, which is a large sort of river which looks brown and muddy but iz actually super clean, we played a game THE _____ SUMTHIN, i was picked, go into the river walk to while the instructor briefed the rest of the guys, den the few guys picked had to go into the riverwalk, but we couldnt cross the riverwalk cuz the water level rose until 1.4m and was still rising. den we had to take off our shirts in the riverwalk side, den after they call ur naem u go up onto this rock proturding out of the black pool and they like make u pose like sum kinda model without ur shirt, i was picked for the longest____, in the end it was the longest leg hairs, the other indian guy won, when i was steppin back into the blackpool on the way back, i saw this large centipede crawling into my shoe, i quickly like picked it up and flung it into the pool, hope it didnt crawl up anyone else. den we walk through the whole black pool and throught the other side of the trail back to the camp, at the end everyones legs, pants, and shoes all balck and muddy and dammn stink. the toilet was like packed with ppl tryin to bathe and wash their shoes. after we bathe my class chiong to eat lunch, den we got a break during form teachers briefing for each class and we had to make our own class cheer for campfire night, we did it superfast, only we had to do some stupid stuff like do self intro becuz the karatay think we need to bond as class(karatay is our ft's nick, her name is ms.kara tay) den we went back t bunk for five min, den we went kayaking. dis was like the ultimate most fun part of camp, at least i noe i am not hopeless in kayaking, cuz like my sis is in canoeing, but the boat they gave us was like a bloody huge float with groovs for seats larh, lol. jun hua josh and me in one boat(yes the boat got 3 ppl) den we were like the only boat who knew how to steer, i was back rower so i had to control steering, luky i listened to my sis tok about caneoing so i noe wad to do. other boats kept banging into us. they made us all upraft togvether(all the boats paddle close together than put paddles into ur boats and grab the boat beside u to form a raft) den they made us all stand up on our boats, while holding the two boats beside you the rowers hands stand up together, dam worried will capsise....den joshua super lame, he front rower supposed to tell direction, he just stopped rowing halfway back and looked at thescenery, i had to shout at him to make him row, den he adn jun hua the coordination abit bad, but after i like sort of reminded them our coordination was like the best. den get back to shore, had to lug our boats all the way bqack up slope to the sed, turn over, let th instructor wash den carry back to shed, wah lao, we ganna hosed larh, he see some ppl slacking den he hose the whole group......ok to keep long story short, after we all went back to shower den went for dinner den campfire, each class had to do theri own cheer, den there was whole cohort cheer, presentation, and bla bla, after that we had to bring the benches back to the mess hall.....den go back bunk sleep......

DAY 3

cuz everymorn gotta wake up 6, den evryone was super tired, got some ppl couldnt wake up, even the sec 2-3/redshirts peer leaders had trouble wakin up, the sec 4 psl/ogls/blackshirts were the erliest wake up and they woke everyone up with that blacted siren. den we had breakfast, den go for a 2.4km run, or isit run first den eat dunno.....i tuned back twice durin the run to look for josh and jun hua, can u believe josh ran faster than jun hua. den after that we go back assemble and had to write a letter to parents about the camp and we so thankful, bla bla bla, all the crap. den we take the bus go back sch and the camp over, tqtq(very brief discription larh)ok i no time to ost ccas so i next time den post, gtg - apologise for the many spelling mistake made, i'm rushin bb

yoyoyoyo, everybodae, nvr post in long time liaoz.....i might be online once in a while but msn log in might appear offline, and if u guyz wana contact me u guyz can call me on my hp k?BUT DO NOT CALL ME FROM THE 4TH JAN - 6TH JAN, mon-tuesday dun call me till like after 3, wed after 2.30, thurs-fri 2+. yeah....v.s rocs, i gues...lol.....joshua and jun hua are in my class! clement is in 1A, eugene is in 1B or C,not sure, qing yang in 1G, me and josh, jun hua in 1I. quite fun......but sitaccording to reg.no, so we are at diff parts of the class, well i suppose datz wad new sch and new frens are for.....
CCA's! maybe i will join shootng or sailing!first time my parents agree with me on my choice of CCA's, next maybe hockey?i must see whether the traning days clash with my other classes after sch.(i think higher chinese is after sch).got five choices........sian......josh wants 2 join NPCC, can u imagine him in the blue uni and berret?with a rifle possibly half his height or more?LOL....srry josh i so mean....lolz....

YEAH THE CAMP, i guess it will be mostly like the pri 5 camp but more errrmmm..........i dunno, adventurous?! 3 days 2 nights. and there are more stuff like kayaking(itz actually canoeing, kayak is k boat, slimmer than a T boat, bt faster if u can balance) well i can now find ot if there is any of my sister's canoeing talent in me....(she's in caneoing btw, k2[2 ppl in a k boat, harder to balance but faster thn norm)........so my mum is comin nearer liao....wn say much more.....

so errmmm.......on a sadder note i couldnt find a rocker skin that i liked, onli got those idiotic noob stuff....onli a few everlasting rock skins, and all so borin. i added quite a few songs, under extras if u didnt read the welcome message, itz under blog info, hope there are no probs with the skin, if got any just leave a note at the taggy(NOTE: NO LINKS IS NOT A PROB)....

2day i just realised i was free to go to the chalet, den my parents again..........u noe, sian..............just now my dad walk into the room see the com on say i playin game, does tokin to ur CUZ on MSN qulify as game, didnt think so, why cant he leave me alone, hez like always whole day, do this do that, u cant go out, u cant call ur freinds, don't close ur door, don't listen to music, don't leave ur light on. can i help it if i need to piss and i gotta close the door,rite? dammit, now life iz like dam sian, even though i go out once in a while, i stay at home the whole day at least 6 days a week, AND I CANT DO ANYTHIN BUT STUDY, study sec 1 for wad, i cant even get it, watch tv onli when parents are there, stupid stupid, homez like a godamn prison, can hear my neighbours laughin and everythin all nite long, and i'm here in my room doin wad i can to relax, which is nothin much, basically msn and blogg. i cant say much, my blog has familial eyes,(lol, relax cuz), anywayz, wad i'm tryin to say is, life sucks. at night iz the onli time i can do wad i can to try and stay sane, this is supposed to be the damn holidays, after big exams, why does it feels like life was better before the holidays.........never thought i'd say it, but school is better, this is hell...... i think i'm gonna snap one of these days, either i cry or i fight, and one thing for sure, i don't cry.period.good bye
